There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Home to the 1992 and 1995 America's Cup races, San Diego bay provides tight and exciting competition as these 80 Ft high-tech racing yachts do one-on-one battle under the watchful eye of waiting participants on board the historic "America". Up to three separate races can be conducted with guests transferring on and off the larger "America" to the 80 Ft race yachts stationed in mid-bay. These yachts have never been combined in this fashion anywhere in the World. This is an incredibly unique experience for anybody even remotely interested in sailing.

Here's an example of what will happen on the sailing regatta:

80 guests on "America" and 40 on the 2 race yachts. The 2 race yachts do a traditional "America's Cup" one-on-one race, then tie beside "America" and transfer 40 guests on / off and complete a 2nd race. Another switch and a 3rd race. All 120 guests have then experienced racing in the world's fastest yachts plus have sailed on yachtings most famous vessel, the "America". Incredibly unique experience!

Included: 15 professional crew members

Not Included: Catering (List of caterers available upon request)

Dress: Soft White sole shoes (Tennis, Deck shoes, Sandles). Casual attire for San Diego weather (Guests do not get wet, ample space for storage of jackets, etc.) Bare feet is preferable. The yacht has a soft, expensive teak deck.
