Those requesting hotel pick-up are required to call a number provided on their E-Ticket at least one day before their tour to make pick-up arrangments. There is a $5.94 CAD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.
If you have ordered this show as a part of a vacation package, a different cancellation policy applies and is detailed in the Important Information section on your E-ticket.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Park Hopper Upgrade Options

Parkhopper-2 Parks includes admission to Legoland California and Sea Life Aquarium. Legoland California and Sea Life Aquarium are both open year-round. You will receive admission to both facilities by ordering this option, and you can split your time at the Legoland complex between the two parks as you like.

Parkhopper-3 Parks includes admission to Legoland, Sea Life Aquarium and Legoland Water Park. This option is only available during the summer months, as the Water Park does not operate year-round. You will receive admission to all three Legoland facilities and you can split your time at the Legoland complex between the three parks as you like.

Tour Notes:

• This tour is normally conducted in a 50-passenger motorcoach with a restroom onboard, but smaller motorcoaches and vans that do not have onboard restrooms may be substituted based on tour size
• This tour regularly operates on its assigned schedule, but tours may be canceled if minimum participant numbers are not met
• Tour operates rain or shine
• Seating aboard the vehicles is first-come, first-served
• Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome
