We pick up for this specific tour from the hotels listed below at the times indicated. If pickup is not available at one of these hotels for a particular tour, you will see N/A. Some tours may have multiple pickups because there are multiple departures (for instance, our Tijuana Tour operates both morning and afternoon). If you see multiple pickup times for a specific location, the following information applies:

~FIRST TIME: Pickup for the earliest tour departure of the day
~SECOND TIME: Pickup for the latest tour departure of the day

If your hotel is not listed, you must either pre-arrange with us to go to one of these hotels where pick-up is available, or you may enter HARBOR EXCURSION in the Hotel field on the order form and meet the tour there (see Harbor Excursion on the pick-up list). If you do not specify a hotel pick-up location from this list, you will be confirmed for meeting the tour at the HARBOR EXCURSION.

Unless otherwise specifically noted, pickup occurs CURBSIDE, in front of the hotel.

Your E-Ticket will confirm the location where you will meet your tour and the time for pick-up. The E-Ticket will also include a phone number to call 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour to confirm the pick-up time and specific location at the hotel where pick-up occurs. Pick-up times are subject to change without notice, so ALWAYS check with the tour supplier 24 to 48 hours prior to the tour to confirm the pickup time and location.
