There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my E-Ticket guarantee me a seat for the date & time I’ve requested?
No, your E-Ticket/Voucher does not guarantee seats on the tour for any certain date or time. Tour time reservations must be made in person at the tour departure location. Details will be provided in your E-Ticket.

How long does the tour last?
The SEAL tour is 90 minutes total with approximately 30 minutes on land and 60 minutes on the water.

Will I get wet?
No. However, a few drops of water could splash up from a wake.

Will I get Seasick?
No; the vehicle has a weighted, flat bottom which allows for a very smooth ride. However, if you are extremely susceptible to motion sickness, you may want to take something for your own comfort.

Is the tour handicapped accessible?
Reasonable accommodations for all disabled guests will be made. Please call at least 48 hours in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made (details will be provided in your E-Ticket).

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a jacket because the vehicle is open-air and it can be cool on the land portion of the tour.

About the Vehicle

The HYDRA TERRA is a newly fabricated amphibious vehicle designed to provide a safe and comfortable ride for passengers in both highway and marine environments. The vehicle is 39 feet long with a width of 8.5 feet. It has a capacity of 40 passengers and 2 crew. The passenger compartment has bench style padded seats - two persons per side and four per row. Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) are stowed beneath each seat and child-size PFDs are available on board. The passenger compartment is fully covered with lightweight clear poly carbonate sheeting. The sides are open for maximum viewing.
